Battery Charging Optimization

As a short update from the Equipment Failures post, some research on LiFePO4 Chemistry gives you voltages associated with general state of charge levels

SOC and Voltages for a single LiFePO4 cell along with a 12, 24, and 48V pack

Ideal maximum lifetime would come from maintaining the 50% SOC level in perpetuity, but for general purposes we can instead aim to keep the pack in the green, 20%-80% zone. Since we have learned not to trust the coulomb counter and plan to use the batteries as backup, we can instead charge and discharge based off the pack voltage. As such, the voltage discharge cutoff has been set at 51.2V for off grid situations (I.E. power outages) and 52.2V for on grid. For charging, the max voltage has been set to 53V. Time will tell how this goes, for now the plan is to let the pack naturally discharge from the current full 55V.
